ORTSS-35kV Transformer/Reactor Integrated Test System (Split-type)
I. Product introduction
ORIC-20T iron core no-load test system complies with relevant national standards such as GB1094.2, GB/T501, GB/T4776, GB/T5169, and GB/4285. This device is primarily used for testing the no-load characteristics of transformer iron cores. The measurement part of the device is controlled by a high-end micro-controller, with digital display. Test data such as no-load and short-circuit conditions are synchronously sampled by the micro-controller, eliminating errors caused by traditional testing methods where voltage, current, and power meters are read separately and calculated manually.
II. Electric tests (customizable)
The integrated system combines single-wire connection, display, data acquisition, analysis and processing, measurement control, storage, printing, and protection into one unit, demonstrating outstanding advantages of high efficiency and high precision.
Mechanical button operation is employed, with all test data displayed in real-time (locked) on the screen. This eliminates errors caused by factors such as parallax, conversion, and calculation during testing, thereby enhancing measurement accuracy. Notably, it completely resolves the operational challenge of operators simultaneously reading multiple gauges and recording multiple data sets, ensuring the reliability and precision of test data.

IV. Warranty period & after-sale service
● The warranty period for the products supplied by the supplier is 12 months from the date of product acceptance or 15 months from the date of the last piece of equipment arrival, whichever comes first. Within the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free services to the purchaser; After the warranty period, the supplier will only charge a cost fee for the expenses incurred in repairing the equipment.
